How to cancel your subscription.

Fortiv subscriptions auto-renew so your access isn’t interrupted. You can cancel anytime — here’s what to expect:

• Canceling stops future billing but does not issue a refund for the current period.
• You keep full access until your next billing date.
• Deleting the Fortiv app does not cancel your subscription — be sure to cancel first using the steps below.

Cancel from the Fortiv app

1. Tap the Profile tab, then tap the Settings gear icon.
2. Scroll to the Subscription section.
3. Tap “Manage subscription.” This opens Apple’s subscription management screen, where you can cancel.

Or cancel from your iOS device

1. Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
2. Tap Subscriptions.
3. Select Fortiv, then tap Cancel Subscription.

Request a refund

1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
2. Select “Request a refund” and choose a reason.
3. Choose Fortiv from your purchase history.
4. Submit your request.
