Fortiv hasn’t launched yet, so there’s no app to troubleshoot — but if you have a question about the product or your sign-up, reach out.
Frequently asked
Who is Fortiv designed for?
Adults 35–55 who want real strength and longevity without reorganizing their life around the gym. Fortiv is built around the reality of a busy adult schedule — not an idealized training block.
What is zone 2 cardio and why does Fortiv track it?
Zone 2 is low-intensity aerobic exercise — typically 60–70% of your max heart rate — sustained for 20–45 minutes. It builds your aerobic base, improves metabolic health, and compounds over months. After 40, it's one of the highest-leverage things you can do for longevity. Fortiv tracks your weekly zone 2 minutes so you can see the trend, not just the individual sessions.
What equipment do I need to use Fortiv?
No specific equipment is required. Fortiv adapts to what you have — a full rack, a pair of dumbbells, or just your bodyweight. You tell Fortiv what equipment you have access to during setup, and the plans are built around that.
I only have 2–3 days a week. Is that enough?
That's the design point. Fortiv builds your plan around the days you actually have — not an idealized 5-day schedule. 2–3 sessions per week is a sustainable training frequency for most adults, and Fortiv's programming is optimized for that reality.
When does Fortiv launch?
We're targeting a launch on iOS later this year. Join the waitlist on the home page and you'll be the first to know — no guessing, no spam.
Will there be an Android version?
Fortiv is launching iOS-first to get the experience right. Android is on the roadmap but not yet scheduled.
